Doesn’t the “Township” have to abide by the Texas Open Meetings Act like incorporated cities do?

The subject topic is not called out specifically but can be found listed as an agenda item which deserves a call out for anyone in the community that may be interested.

Yes, and in my opinion they do a very good job of running meetings and posting live video, agendas, etc. (Link to schedule) https://www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/DocumentCenter/View/7344/2022-Board-of-Directors-Meeting-Schedule?bidId=

However, there are occasions when "Special" meetings are called which In accordance with state law, meeting notices are posted at least 72 hours in advance. (Which has been done if someone is paying attention and checking the Township site regularly).

Just bringing awareness to those who don't typically pay attention or may have overlooked this special session that was added and may have questions since this is the first time I believe this has come up.
