Appreciate the clarification. Would the newly elected Township directors replace the positions on the EDZ board or are those positions filled through another process?
Could this EDZ board have assisted with the Village Centers such as Grogan's Mill and Panther Creek? I've only heard for the past couple of years that The Township can't do anything... That they have no power to do anything and yada yada. What if half the effort of the 6 months of secret meetings was put into solutions for the dilapidating Village Centers and working with all needed parties?
Did the current leadership see this as an opportunity to get back at HHC for it's anti-incorporation stance by arranging for some other developer to take the project? I don't know this, but it is a legitimate skeptical/critical thought that one might ask?
